Why are you called Fuk Yu?

Fuk Yu is the Cantonese way of saying Lucky Fish! ;) We are primarily a Hong Kong influenced brand and could think of no better way to show this than to have a Cantonese name. You can speak Cantonese too, we encourage you to teach as many people as you can!
How long does it take for my item to get made?

As we are currently a very small operation there will be 3-5 business days between your order being placed and starting the dispatch process.
Will you ever collaborate with ______?

We are always open to suggestions for any collaborations! Please let us know who your favourite creators, artists, or personalities are on our Instagram page and we will be sure to make it a reality.
Do you do custom orders?

Currently we are open to custom orders, message us on our Instagram and we will see what we can do!
Where do you ship?

We ship our products with the help of royal mail, so local UK and EU shipments should not be an issue, generally we will be able to ship globally however Royal Mail has restrictions on the following locations: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe. If you country is listed above and you would still like to order from us, please leave a message through our contact page and we will see if we can organise something for you.
How long will it take?

Please allow up to 12 business days for EU and UK deliveries (from date of ordering), and 3 weeks for global deliveries.
